The Real Workout

I am a fitness trainer, not a yoga guru, nut when pretty girl think that yoga & fitness is are the same think why I need to tell them the truth. Ant way fitness, yoga and aerobics is health care active sport and I a professional in this things. So off cause I help sexy Sindee to make a little yoga training in the city park. I ask her about some deep breathing, make few stretching. She tell that she do not like when people in gym watch at her beautifully body dressed in tight spandex lycra sportswear. After some aerobics exercises we come to my flat and I gave her a workout that made us both moan and sweat!
